Import Taxes & Customs Fees
Deliveries may be subject to customs fees depending on the destination country. These fees are calculated differently according to each destination and depending on the value and type of product. These fees are to be paid by the customer prior to receipt of the package. Orders are fulfilled in Europe and in the USA. 

Refunds & Returns
As the products are printed especially for you, the only returns accepted are those due to manufacturing error or if an item is damaged during transit. In this unlikely event, or if you have any other concerns with your order please send an email. Provide details in the email, including a photo if relevant, at your earliest convenience, and we will make every effort to resolve the situation.

If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know by email within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!
