Shipping policy
The delivery is made by the French Post Office by tracked letter, ‘Colissimo’ parcel, or an external carrier depending on the needs. The workshop commits to pass the completed order to the carrier between 2 and 8 working days from the reception of the payment (except in cases of force majeure). Deliveries outside the European Union may be subject to customs fees depending on the destination country. These fees are calculated differently according to each destination and depending on the value and type of product. These fees are to be paid by the final customer prior to receipt of the package.
